Exodus 17:6 -- Amalek
"And he (Moses) said: 'The Lord hath sworn, that He will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.'" (Geneva 1599, modernized)
When the Israelites departed the slavery of Egypt, the first nation to oppose them in their trek to the Promised Land was the Amalekites of Exodus 17. In this encounter, Moses sent Joshua and his men to fight against the Amalekites, and in time, they defeated them in battle. This would turn out to be just one of many conflicts that Israel would have with this tribe. Whenever Israel was about to make an advance towards the blessings that G_d had for them, you could count on Amalek to be there to oppose them.
But who exactly was Amalek? He was the grandson of Esau, the man G_d hated. His father was Eliphaz and his mother was Timna, a concubine serving Eliphaz. He was one of twelve "dukes" of the country later called Edom (See Genesis 36:1, 8, 19, 43). Since his name was always mentioned last every time the Torah gave a list, it is likely he was the lowest of the Dukes of Edom.
The Torah reminds the Jews that they must never forget what Amalek did to them when they left Egypt on their way to the Promised Land. They were the ones who followed after the Israelites and killed all the feeble people. Most importantly, Moses tells us that Amalek "feared not G_d." He further tells Israel that when they have rest from their enemies surrounding them, that they should "blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven; thou shalt not forget it." (Deuteronomy 25:19)
You could count on Amalek to take advantage of Israel's errors, like when they started serving other gods in Judges 3. When Israel quit following the law, they lost the power to stand against their enemies. The Amalakites were among the tribes to cash in on Israel's foolishness.
Later on, Israel would be allowed to wreak vengeance on Amalek in I Samuel 15 when King Saul was ordered to kill them all (we now call it genocide). Saul carried out this order except that he did not kill King Agag (or apparently his family). This disobedience caused Saul to lose his kingdom. When it comes to Amalek, the LORD takes things very seriously.
It is interesting that David had to clean up the mess Saul left when the Amalakites proceeded to kidnap all of David's wives (I Samuel 30, I Chronicles 4:43) However, the royal house of Agag did survive at least till the time of Esther, when Haman, the Agagite tried to kill all the Jews, and even got the king to sign an order to that effect. Thanks to the efforts of Queen Esther, Haman and his ten sons were hanged on the gallows meant for the Jews.
But what of the Amalekites... the Bible says they will exist to the end of time when G_d will destroy them. Is it just possible that the Bible Codes can give us some clues as to who the modern-day enemies of the Israelites are today. Dr. Moshe Katz of Hebrew University in his book Computorah: Hidden Codes in the Torah, he suggests that the moden-day version of the Amalekites is the Germans. He looks to the Holocaust and the "Final Solution" for his evidence. The code below supports his contention:
When you take a look at this code, you are seeing the collapse of Nazi Germany in 1944 and 1945. Apparently, the Amalekites are working through a "continuity of government plan" designed by Martin Bormann for the upcoming day when they will lose their power in Germany. They are not out of the game though, as they are working though a new international governing body called the United Nations (the Nazi-sympathathizing Arabs have the largest voting block in the UN). The Nazis will have no problem getting what they want, and will be more than happy to use the military power of NATO to accomplish what they want. We saw that in Kosovo, we are seeing it all over the Middle East, and now we are seeing it in the NATO buildup on the borders of Russia.
We see the spirit of Amalek working in the United Nations in several ways. For example, they have done nothing to help the nation of Israel. While websites have dedicated themselves to showing the world just what a sham the United Nations is, the mainstream media (MSM) continues to delusionally believe the United Nations is the only path to world peace. The Bible Codes have clearly proven that this is not the case.
In this code, we see that Amalek worships the moon god Allah which is consistent with their disdain for G_d that Moses told us about and also consistent with what the United Nations has done or failed to do (e.g. the ongoing Islamic massacre of Christians in Rwanda, Sudan, Egypt, Nigeria, and many other countries). This code shows us that all the major occult world players are in some way part of this agreement, which apparently was made on a ship of some sorts (Just like the Bush-Gorbachev Agreement in 1989). In some ways, losing a war is just a way to win another.
We see the spirit of Amalek working in the United States with the supposed election of Barak Obama, clearly an adherent of Islam. This has brought the United States under the curse which this code talks about. The oil platform disaster in the Gulf Coast off of Louisiana in 2010 serves as the first example of what will be many ongoing problems. You may want to check out A.A. Allen's vision to learn more about the Gulf of Mexico disaster.
